"The system allows us to force carbonate beer in as little as 4 hours. The most noticeable benefit of the system is no more phone calls to your gas provider when your CO2 tanks get low and no more moving of heavy CO2 or Nitrogen tanks in and out of the brewing space and restaurant on a weekly basis. I feel confident our monthly bills have dropped. I am quite happy with the system and would not consider any other alternative in our Brewpub."
